Bobby Jo started her property management career in 2007 by complete accident. She began working at the apartment complex she resided in on weekends as an Assistant Manager, and quickly earned a promotion to Property Manager. The rest is history! After 15+ years of managing new construction, affordable and conventional multifamily, as well as single family homes, Bobby Jo decided it was time to start her own venture. Bobby has worked on lease-ups, adding funding layers, rehabs and full construction. Her tenacity has led to the formation of incredible industry relationships and partnerships, which will benefit our clients over the years.
Bobby Jo is an Oregon Licensed Property Manager and holds her Accredited Residential Manager Certificate awarded by the Insitute of Real Estate Managment. She also attends Oregon Landlord Tenant Law and Fair Housing Classes on a regular basis.
For fun, Bobby and her husband volunteer with the Lewis and Clark Young Marines and cook for other adult volunteers and Young Marines. www.lcym.org
